| Description: | **ADULTS** -- Entertain indoors or outdoors with an Asian flair. Chinese cookbook author, Norma Chang, will demonstrate how to create several scrumptious, crowd-pleasing, Chinese dishes that are just right for entertaining. These do-ahead dishes store and travel well. Plan-ahead information will be explained and presentation ideas will be illustrated. These recipes can also be incorporated into menues the whole year through. Program available WITH tasting (group size: 40) or WITHOUT tasting (group size: unlimited) | |||||||||
