| Description: | **ADULTS** -- Let Norma Chang, The Travelling Gourmet who is also a certified Master Gardener and Chinese cookbook author, introduce you to the joy of gardening. Learn which Chinese vegetables are suitable for growing in your area, their cultural requirements, when to harvest and how to store to maintain optimum quality. Show-&-Tell of available vegetables and a cooking demonstration will be part of the program. Program available WITH tasting (group size: 40) or WITHOUT tasting (group size: unlimited) | |||||||||
