**ADULTS** -- Cooking is so much easier and so much more fun when you make the most of your freezer by letting it be your friend and help save time. Eat healthy and not be a slave to the kitchen. Chinese cookbook author, Norma Chang, will share her knowledge about freezing foods and more importantly how to reheat to maintain optimum quality. During this enjoyable, interactive, and highly conversational program, participants will learn helpful kitchen hints, practical do-ahead ideas, time-saving tips, how to make substitutes. Program available WITH tasting (group size: 40) or WITHOUT tasting (group size: unlimited)

Fee:$290. Travel may apply. Fees include all supplies and recipes. Same day multi-programs discount.

Facility Requirements:2 long tables near electrical outlets, 1 small waste basket, chairs for the patrons. Norma Chang brings her electric woks. DOES NOT require kitchen facilities.
