| Description: | This unique educational museum program provides an integrated, dynamic approach to exploring ancient Egyptian life. Special focus is given to such items as jewelry, clothing, wigs, and the process of mummification. This fast-paced, lively program has opportunities for student participation, like modeling jewelry. This presentation augments current school curricula while specifically focusing on areas of particular interest to the students. Program includes: a multimedia presentation using PowerPoint and storytelling; museum exhibition of Egyptian artifact reproductions that students can examine; follow-up activity sheets. |
