The Stress Management Show is a humorous look at the many ways we stress ourselves out. Through comedy, insight, and interaction, Robert Rivest shares his tried and true methods of stress reduction.

This hilarious yet effective program offers both comic relief and practical stress relieving techniques. It’s simple message is, “Learn, Laugh, and Let Go.”

Robert Rivest keeps children, teens and adults entertained and enthralled as he explores how to build concentration, calm the body and quiet the mind.

With Robert’s down-to-earth sense of humor and engaging style, audiences of all ages find stress reduction natural and easy.
