An interactive multicultural music program for children of all ages.

With joyful songs and games, movement and laughter, the Beautiful Future Band guides children young and old on a lively musical journey around the world. Band members share their musical influences from many cultures, and introduce songs and language from many countries including China, New Zealand, Ireland, The Caribbean, India, South and Central America, France, The Middle East, and many more!

A Beautiful Future show promotes respect and appreciation for oneself and others, and encourages exploring and celebrating our differences. We plant the seeds for children to envision and create a beautiful future through teaching inspiring and hopeful songs, and leading activities such as:

* Call and Response * Movement and Dance * Limbo * Conga Line *

Learning songs and words from around the world * Playing percussion instruments

* Learning rhythms from around the world * vocal warmups.

The Beautiful Future Band features musician/educators who bring together years of professional, award winning musical entertainment experience with their passion and joy for children and world music. Core band members include Kate O'Connor on vocals, steel drum, keyboards, and percussion, and Rico Spence on vocals, bass, and percussion.

$450. Travel/mileage may be added depending on location.

Facility Requirements
Space for audience to move. Provide 1 separate standard grounded outlet within a 25 ft. radius of performing area, and lighting if needed. Artists will provide sound system and all instruments. Please inform Artist if performance is outdoors.
