Requesting Materials

Books, periodicals, and videos in the MBLC Professional Library are available for loan to the library community. Requests to borrow library material may be made in several ways.

Our loan period is generally for one month. We are happy to extend this loan period unless we have a reserve list for a particular book.

Library materials are usually sent to requestors through the regional delivery service. We do mail books through the U.S. Postal Service for borrowers who do not have convenient access to their local library.

Requestors may place a reserve on a book which is currently on loan from the library. Please email Erin Williams Hart to reserve a book. The book will be sent to the requestor as soon as possible.
