Tool Kit 2006
To help local libraries promote the 2006 Summer Reading Library Adventure, the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners has worked with the Regional Library System Youth Services Consultants to provide black and white newspaper ads and Public Service Announcement (PSA) scripts for both the "What's buzzin' at your library" and "Tune in @ your library" themes.
Public Service Announcements
Two 30-second scripts have been developed for either local radio and/or Community Access cable television stations to run as Public Service Announcements (PSA's). If your local cable station is willing to run the ads, you may wish to send them a copy of the billboard ad in jpg format to use as a slide while the script is read. You may also download a pdf version of the scripts.
