Field Name	Definition
LIBCODE	Unique identifier for each library -Code contains the name of the municipality and for municipalities with multiple independent libraries, part of the library name.
TOWNSNAME	Name of the municipality in which the library is located.
LIBPOP	2007 population estimate served by the library.
LIBGROUP	Population Grouping the municipality is in. A= 1-1,999 B=2,000-4,999 C=5,000-9,999 D=10,000-14,999 E=15,000-24,999 F=25,000-49,000 G=50,000-99,999 H=100,000+
REGION	Region in which the municpality is located B=Boston C=Central M=Metrowest N=Northeast S=Southeastern W=Western
CHILPOPPER	Percentage of 2000 Population under 15 years - Source Census American Factfinder, SF1 Census 200 Table P12.
CU5POPPER	Percentage of 2000 Population under 5 years - Source Census American Factfinde, SF1 Census 200 Table P12.
JUCIRC	Number of direct (over the counter) circulations, including renewals, of children's materials.
CIRC	Number of direct (over the counter) circulations, including renewals of children's, YA and adult materials.
JUHOLD	Sum of print, non-print, electronic format and miscellaneous children's materials owned or leased by the library.
HOLD	Sum of all children's, YA, and adult library materials in all formats owned or leased by the library.
JUCIRCCP	Total direct (over the counter) children's materials circulation divided by the sum of circulation of children's, YA, and adult materials.
JUHOLDP	Total holdings of children's materials divided by the sum of all children's, YA, and adult library materials in all formats.
JUPROG	Number of programs sponsored by the library for people age 14 (or the age used by the local library) and under.
JUATTEND	Thecount of the audience at all programs for which the primary audience is children. Included adults who attend the program intended primarily for children.
CHSUMREAD	A summer reading program sponsored by the library.
CHSUMRDNUM	The number of people 14 or under who completed at least one program requirement for the library's summer reading program.
CHHOMEWORK	Indicates whether the library has a homework center.
CHALSTAFTE	All Staff Serving Children FTE - average weekly FTE of all staff providing reference, programming, or circulation services to children.
