The Virtual Catalog allows you to find books and other materials in multiple library catalogs with a single search. Library catalogs will continue to be added to the Virtual Catalog until we have the majority of the online catalogs in Massachusetts included.

Status Updates
During 2013 and 2014 the statewide Virtual Catalog will be moving to a new platform. During this time, participating library systems will close down operations on the older system and come up on a new system. Details of the schedule will be posted here as they become available. (1/16/2013)
UMass Dartmouth has temporarily removed itself from the Virtual Catalog as it migrates to a new library system. It may not rejoin until the new Virtual Catalog is up and running (1/16/2013)
As of July 2009, UMass Boston users no longer place requests on the Virtual Catalog; however, the Healey Library at UMass Boston will continue to lend materials on the Virtual Catalog system.
UMass Amherst has been removed from the Virtual Catalog due to system incompatibilities. UMass Amherst intends to rejoin the catalog when the Virtual Catalog moves to a new interface during 2013 and 2014..
