Libraries are eligible for this grant round if they have the following on file with the MBLC:

To start the grant process, applicants submit a completed letter of intent form to Rachel Masse (rachel.masse@state.ma.us). Letters of intent are due by December 8, 2015.

Awards made for this round will be announced in July 2016, and projects will begin no earlier than October 1, 2016.

Before submitting a letter of intent, we strongly urge you to contact the various MBLC program specialists named in the list of grants by theme if you have any questions or need help selecting a program. If you don't find an opportunity that sounds right for you, the Board also offers an Innovative "Open" Program. We are very interested in receiving these applications for the FY 2017 round, as your ideas for civic engagement projects could serve as models for future grant programs.

General questions about LSTA, this grant round, or your library's eligibility can be sent to Cindy Roach (cindy.roach@state.ma.us).
