MBLC Notes is the bi-monthly newsletter of the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners, and is printed in January, March, May, July, September and November. The editor welcomes unsolicited material and reserves the right to edit and publish it based on space and suitability. Submissions must be sent to the editor at least four weeks prior to publication date.
