Many of the apps allow for download of information in advance, so that it would be available during an emergency if the internet is not accessible. Categories include: <a href=\"https:\/\/disasterinfo.nlm.nih.gov\/apps#CBRNE_and_Hazardous_Substances\">CBRNE and Hazardous Substances<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/disasterinfo.nlm.nih.gov\/apps#Medical_and_Health_Information\">Medical and Health Information<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/disasterinfo.nlm.nih.gov\/apps#Responder_Support_and_Safety\">Responder Support and Safety<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/disasterinfo.nlm.nih.gov\/apps#Psychological_Health_Tools\">Psychological Health Tools<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/disasterinfo.nlm.nih.gov\/apps#U.S._Federal_Organizations\">U.S. Federal Organizations<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/disasterinfo.nlm.nih.gov\/apps#American_Red_Cross_Suite_of_Apps\">American Red Cross Suite of Apps<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/disasterinfo.nlm.nih.gov\/apps#Surveillance_and_Alerts\">Surveillance and Alerts<\/a>.<\/li><li>Note the following two CBRNE\/Hazardous Substances apps: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wiser.nlm.nih.gov\/\">WISER<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wiser.nlm.nih.gov\/\"> <\/a>to help identify unknown, potentially hazardous chemical substances, and <a href=\"http:\/\/Provide guidance for health care providers, primarily physicians, about clinical diagnosis and treatment of radiation injury during radiological and nuclear emergencies\"><strong>REMM<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>for identifying and responding to potential radiation incidents. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Subject Specialists in Recovery of Cultural Heritage Objects &amp; Collections<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>COSTEP MA partners may be able to assist local and state efforts to recover after emergencies that may have affect cultural heritage collections.
