The Foundation for Advancement in Conservation (FAIC) is seeking volunteers to become National Heritage Responders. Interested individuals must be a member of AIC\/FAIC to participate and the deadline to apply is December 15, 2021. Announcement below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Are you interested in becoming a National Heritage Responder? We are thrilled to announce that we will be hosting a national training in 2022, to expand the National Heritage Responders volunteer corps!<\/p>
The National Heritage Responders training will take place over the course of several months in 2022. Participants will be expected to complete several online curriculum modules from February – April 2022. On May 13 and 14, 2022 participants will need to be on site in Los Angeles, California to participate in the in-person training component. Participants must complete all aspects of the training, including an exam following the in-person portion, to serve as an NHR volunteer.<\/p>
The NHR training will immediately precede AIC’s 50th Annual Meeting, which will take place May 15-17, 2022 in Los Angeles. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
