Qualifications
● MLS or MLIS from an ALA-accredited program preferred
● Minimum of eight (8) years of library experience, including at least four (4) years in a supervisory or management role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
● Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budgeting, personnel administration, and public service leadership
● Thorough knowledge of public library operations, policies, laws, funding, and reporting requirements
● Excellent written, verbal, and public communication skills
