What You’ll Do
● Build relationships with children, teens, and families, creating a safe and inclusive space for exploration and growth.
● Develop and support engaging programs that spark imagination and inspire a love of learning.
● Circulate and maintain a high-quality, diverse collection of books, resources, and materials for ages birth to 18.
● Collaborate with schools and community organizations to extend the library’s reach.
● Maintain a vibrant and inviting library environment, including holiday and event-themed decorations.
● Support parents and caregivers by providing helpful resources and guidance.

Qualifications
● A Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years of experience working with youth (or equivalent education/experience).
● Knowledge of child and teen developmental stages and a passion for literacy.
● Physical ability to lift items/equipment, shelve materials, and work on your feet for extended periods.
