Library Associate I, Conant Public Library (Sterling)
The Town of Sterling seeks qualified candidates to fill a 3.5 to 5.5 hour per week, grade 2 non-benefited position of Library Associate I at the Conant Public Library. This position will begin on July 6, 2024.
The successful candidate will be an integral member of the library’s team who provides excellent customer service at the circulation desk during busy Saturdays.
Schedule for this position is every Saturday, from 8:30am to 2pm September-June and 8:30am to 12pm July and August.
Qualifications
High school diploma preferred; must be at least sixteen years of age. Preferred one to three years of prior work experience, preferably in a library or customer service field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
