2013-2014 Planning & Design Grant Round

Massachusetts Public Library Construction Program (MPLCP) Planning and Design Grants are state grants administered by the Board of Library Commissioners (MBLC).

The purpose of the grant is to provide financial support to municipalities in order to plan and design improvement and expansion of their public library facilities. It is not intended to provide assistance for activities such as repair or maintenance. Planning and Design Grants assist libraries in preparing for the MPLCP Construction Grant application process.
