Directions: | FROM I-495 (NORTH OR SOUTH): Follow signs to Lowell. Take the Lowell Connector. From the Connector, take exit 5N, Thorndike Street. Bear right off exit ramp, heading north on Thorndike. At the second set of lights, take a right onto Dutton Street. Follow Dutton Street to the end. Bear left (keeping the city hall building on your left) onto Arcand Drive. Follow Arcand Drive to the next set of lights and take a right. The Mogan Cultural Center is approximately 500 feet on the left side of the street. FROM I-95 AND ROUTE 3: Follow I-95 (Route 128) North or South to Burlington area. Take Route 3 North. On Route 3, take exit 30N onto Lowell Connector. Follow above directions from Lowell Connector. |
