Mindfulness is something we all aspire to, and theatre is a wonderful method to help us get there. Actors rely on mindfulness to help them to connect with their character and with others in a scene.

What is improv? Improv is the act of making up a scene, plot, characters and dialogue spontaneously without preparation. Actors work together to create a scene, often based off a suggestion from the
