Musical characterization of some of the stars of the minstrel stage. Minstrelsy is the first American art form. I bring my own sound system, costumes and minstrel artifacts. I play 2 instruments of that era, the bones and tamborine. If there are young people in the audience I will give some historical significance of the minstrel era.

The show is completely polically correct. The audience is entertained by such stars of the past as Mr. Bones, Mr. Tambo, Al Jolson, Eddie Cantor and Jimmy Durante, to name a few.

It is a light hearted and fun time to reflect on this important art form of the past.
