Musical, Dance & Lecture Workshops, and Performances-Exploring the Richness and Beauty of Andean Culture. Inca Son is an internationally acclaimed Peruvian music and dance ensemble with numerous performance & teaching awards.

MUSICAL WORKSHOP: Students learn how to play the pan-flute. They leave the workshop with sufficient understanding of the instrument to be able to advance on their own. DANCE WORKSHOP: Students pair with a partner and are taught centuries-old steps and formations to festive Andean melodies. LECTURE WORKSHOPS: Inca beliefs, traditions, philosophies, knowledge, medicines, and values are discussed in detail.

GRANTS/FUNDING and SUPPORT are available through the New England Foundation for the Arts (NEFA), Massachusetts Cultural Council (MCC), New Hampshire State Council on the Arts, Maine Arts Sponsors Association, South Carolina Arts Commission., Greater Hartford CT Arts Council, The Kennedy Foundation, and the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA), Etc.

INCA SON, with distinctive pan-flute music, ancient dances, and colorful native costumes, transports the audience to Peru. Combining these workshops with a performance by INCA SON is an exciting and enlightening experience
