Description

A great show for the 2008 Summer Reading Program "Wild Reads", Irish-born musician and folksinger Tom O'Carroll will introduce children to a variety of instruments including the guitar, banjo, pennywhistle, bodhran (Irish drum) and kalimba (thumb piano). The children will learn to sing some songs accompanied with movement. This lively show will conclude with the audience learning a "wild" Irish dance called the "Siege of Ennis".
