Description

Author, illustrator, and marine educator Michael Glaser will visit the library with his presentation of live ocean animals and their stories. His humorous and informative program has captured the interests and exercised the imaginations of thousands of children for more than 15 years. With original artwork and manuscripts from his published books, Mr. Glaser helps the students to understand the work involved in the writing and publishing process, while the children get to use their natural creativity to help create a story together. The children will have a chance to touch and hold many small tidepool animals, such as starfish, snails and crabs.
