Description

Stories and songs about language, how people came to speak different languages, bilingual tales and songs in different languages getting their sounds in the listeners' ears. Inspired by the 400s section of the Dewey Decimal system. Find out how Mamá Ratón (Mama Mouse) saves her family from the cat, how the brave Shona children sing the giant python Nyangara out of his cave to save their chief, sing the words for "Good Night" in a number of languages with "Dreams of Harmony," and more!

$425.

Additional travel expense of 45 cents per mile (if beyond 1 hour drive from Amherst, MA area). Block Booking Discount $50 per  program on same day, with travel expense divided between venues.
