A comprehensive yoga practice that is fun, soothing and age appropriate! Girls just wanna have fun ;-) End the session with a writing exercise that will encourage reflection and introspection.
Fee
$100. Fee includes travel and all materials -- 2-hour minimum outside Worcester/Middlesex County, which can be combined with other workshops I offer.
