ideal for tweens & teens, but OK for ages 7+

Description

The Aussie Fun Jam (Didgeridoo Workshop) is a unique musical and cultural experience. The didgeridoo is an Australian Aboriginal instrument with a funky, fresh sound that’s as exotic as its name. In this upbeat and interactive workshop, participants learn how to play the "didge" – including animal sounds and simple rhythms – with our beginner didgeridoos. The workshop is interactive, educational and super fun, especially for tweens and teens!

In the virtual workshop, participants learn how to play the didgeridoo with household items such as cardboard tubes and pool noodles. They also learn how to decorate their homemade didges!

DDU founder Darren Liebman also manages a directory called Virtual Stars, which features educational entertainers who perform online programs. The roster includes a comedy dog act, an educational wildlife show, a cartoonist, a kids’ comedian, a puppeteer/storyteller, and a musician/singer/storyteller. These performers are not on our website. Contact Darren for more info.
