Description

This story, commissioned by The Morton Museum of Collierville History and the town of Collierville explores one family's life in the midst of a war that tore apart the fabric of this nation. The tale offers an under explored vantage point, that of a working class southern family, and the ideas, ideals, and realities that shaped their willingness to fight, their desire for peace, and their survival through these tumultuous times. It culminates in the one major battle that was played out on this town's earth.
