This show uses stories, juggling and comedy to talk about a healthy diet and what to include in daily food choices. It also illustrates friendship and honesty with a story of best friends experiencing the joys and challenges of growing up. Additionally it demonstrates healthy activities,exercises and safe practices through mime and physical comedy with audience participation.
