Description

In-person Hands-on puppetry performances designed to entertain and encourage early literacy with silly songs, funny skits, and opportunities for creativity with the young audience.

Virtual pre-recorded puppets telling stories, social stories with current themes, Musical puppet programs with original songs sung by composer on guitar interspersed with puppet interactions, Book & Cook puppet shows-reading a book and the puppet makes a recipe that children can follow at home.  

Fee
$150.

(Live performances are $150: Fee does not include travel expense - no additional fee if performance is on Cape Cod.)

Pre-recorded Videos:

(Approx. 30 minutes) Variety Puppet Show- like I do in person ($100 each)

(Approx.10 minutes) Puppet and I reading a story together- I am modelling the adult interaction and dialogic reading technique and the puppet acts like the child. ($70)

(Approx. 30 minutes) Puppet story (like above) extension with a craft that extends the story-you could do a craft supply take away bag in advance of the video showing how to use the supplies) ($100)

(Approx. 30 minutes) Book & Cook Puppet story-I read a book to the puppet (food/cooking related) and then the puppet and I do the cooking project-recipe for families can be sent in advance or after they see the story. ($100)

(Approx. 30 minutes) Puppets, Paul & Mary:  Original Children's Musical played/sung by Paul Kehoe on guitar with interspersed puppet interactions. Songs include themes such as "Remote Learning," "Staying Healthy & Safe," and character-building songs. ($200)

We can include the information on the library and the grant funder in every video.
