Description

Gingerly Adjust to a New Normal – DIY Ginger Ale

A super easy healthy homemade Ginger Ale recipe. It’s not only delicious, it’s perfect for nausea, to soothe an upset stomach, and fight colds. Plus, ginger ale from the supermarket contains GMO corn (corn syrup), carcinogenic caramel coloring, fake ginger flavoring, and the preservative sodium benzoate.

Extract me from this pandemic! DIY Vanilla/Almond Extract

Not only are grocery store extracts ridiculously expensive, they often contain corn syrup and fake dyes. And, it’s estimated that 95 percent of vanilla extract for sale commercially isn’t made from vanilla beans, but from lignin, a byproduct of paper waste products that can be used to create “synthetic” vanillin. This synthetic imitation is made from the leftover sawdust in paper mills and similar industries – YIKES!
