Coding for Kids: Computer Science is fun!

Description

Kids ages 5-12 learn computer science and coding through art, music, crafts, robots, board games, and high energy physical activities.  

Teens 12-18 learn the concepts offline but then are taught how to translate them onto the screen designing games using blockly coding.

Learn to code using Scratch programs are also available.

These programs can be tailored as one-off or done in a series as a camp or weekend experience.

Fee
$85.

The fee is per hour of programming provided.  For example, if you choose a weekend camp of two days for 1.5 hours each, the camp will cost $255.

1 hour - 2 hours, depending on library need

Facility Requirements

If the program will include an online component, laptops are needed but participants can bring their own or double up to work as teams (which is encouraged).
