Description

Once upon a time… When these words are spoken, the connection between books and libraries, listeners and patrons is established.

Mark Binder's story programs transmit joy to listeners of all ages.

Mark will hold young and old captivated with amazing adventures and silly songs that will build harmony and the joy of reading and hearing stories.

Perfect for any library encouraging youngsters to READ!

First, Mark gets their attention with a traditional story like Stone Soup at Valley Forge, Goldilocks, The Three Pigs or Cinderella Spinderella. (For older crowds it's often an original story called "The TV Deprogrammer!")

Then the stories spin off into fun, funny and funky tales ranging from "The Boy with Really Really Really Bad Manners" to "The Short Tale of Erika P. Spunk."

There's even an occasional song, like “Read a little every day” and "Acres of Clams."

The winner of a 2016 Parents' Choice Gold Award for audio storytelling, Mark is an author who really knows how to tell the right story for any and every demographic.

Mark catches the imagination, promotes reading and tickles the fancy. Hearing his classic and original spins on traditional stories and his wild tall tales, your patrons—children and parents alike—will be entranced.
