Program

I lead hands on zoom cooking classes for kids 4-9 with an adult in the kitchen as a chaperone. Recipes are sent out at least a week before the class In order to gather the ingredients and tools needed. I am available to lead one class or a series of classes.  I work with the kids unmuted to make healthy entrees, healthy desserts, meals in a mug, and baking.  I try to incorporate fresh local ingredients and talk about recycling, composting, ingredient substitutions, food allergies, set up and clean up.
