Hip Hop Around the World!
This entertaining and educational video and power point presentation is a magical, musical, imaginary journey around the world. I come dressed as a flight attendant and take your audience on an imaginary journey to: Ireland, Italy, Japan, Africa, India, and Hawaii. At each destination, we explore the traditional food, clothes, music, culture, dance, and hip hop! Our magical journey ends with us waving the destination flags and singing, “It’s a small world after all”.
Rondae Drafts is the workshop facilitator and Executive Director of MUSIC Dance.edu. She is a Ph.D.abd researching hip-hop’s cultural impact. Rondae is a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native, she graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication, she later went on to receive a Master’s Degree in Education from Cambridge College. Rondae also serves on the Faculty at Paige Academy and The TV Workshop.
