Description

MUSIC Dance.edu is a non-profit organization dedicated to using the performing arts to engage residents from New England. MUSIC Dance.edu would like to visit your community with a music and hip hop dance presentation entitled “From Jazz to Hip-Hop.” During the presentation the children performers (ages 8 to 12 years) play the trumpet, flute, clarinet, trombone, bells, drums and hip hop dance. The presentation is guided by narration which includes jazz and hip hop history facts. Our performance lasts for (1) hour with a ten minute intermission. Our musical selections range from clean version hip hop songs, Michael Jackson and some oldies but goodies like Moon River, Theme from God Father, and The Theme from Star Trek. The performance is upbeat, educational, and energetic!
