Description
Learn the ancient art of making stone tools such as arrowheads, knives, drills, scrapers and axes! We will cover material selection, tool selection, & safety. Participants will then learn several techniques for shaping stone such as bashing, grinding, pecking, knapping, pressure flaking & sharpening.
This 2 hour workshop is for outdoors only. Max 15 participants. Ages 10 & up. Participants will be working with extremely sharp glass and/or stones. Safety gear will be provided for all.
