Description

General & Mrs. Grant arrive on horse back in an outdoor field.  

They dismount and Mrs. Grant presents a 15 minute introduction of her husband to set the stage.  The General discusses the Civil War experience and his contributions through the use of lively and often humorous anecdotes, letters and impressions of the time.

In closing, Mrs. Grant presents  an overview of "The Horse in the Civil War" and specifically the famous horses of Ulysses S. Grant.  They meet and greet the public and offer photo opportunites after the show.
