Program

Zoom Parent Child classes. Families are given recipes at least a week before the class so they can gather the ingredients and tools needed. I am available to lead one class or a series of classes. Using Zoom I work with the families unmuted to make healthy entrees, healthy desserts, and baking.  I try to incorporate fresh local ingredients and talk about recycling, composting, ingredient substitutions, food allergies, set up and clean up.
