Mugwort or Artemisia Vulgaris is a plant that is woven so deeply into the folklore and mythology of countless cultures around the world. It is an ancient plant, rich with story, magic and medicine. In this one-hour class, we will explore the imagery, deities, planetary rulings, and magical properties associated with Mugwort. Participants will then be lead through creative prompts inspired by Mugwort that will unleash our own storytelling, poem writing, or art making power! Bring along a notebook, painting, drawing, or collage supplies! The first 20 participants will also receive a pouch of Mugwort, so you can continue your creative (and medicinal!) dance with this marvelous plant.
