This is a beginner's guide to making plant medicine using the "folk method." In this one-hour class, we will go over how to make an herbal syrup, an herbal infused oil, a salve, and a tincture, as well as the plants that would best be extracted using each preparation, and applications for these remedies! You will love remembering the art of herbal folk medicine!
