Planning for the fall garden will discuss succession planting and what can be started mid to late summer in Hardiness Zones 5 – 7 for a fall harvest. Casey will discuss the importance of feeding the soil before planting, the difference between American, English, French potager gardens, and measures to take to extend the season well into fall. As well as, what needs to be done for planting each vegetable, which vegetables need to be started inside along with other information she’s acquired through her many years gardening, helping farmers and schooling.
