Program

This program explores the life of one of America's Founding Mothers, Deborah Read Franklin.  Mrs. Franklin's mostly untold story, chronicles the life of Ben Franklin through the eyes of his life partner of 44 years, his beloved “Debby”. Her experiences as one of our “Founding Mothers” highlight the day to day life of women during the colonial era, as well as life with the brilliant, humorous and fascinating “Founding Father.”
