Description

Ever wonder how magic tricks really work? This program investigates the science behind the 'magic' of several classic magic tricks. You might learn how to snatch a tablecloth without disturbing the items on top, make a balloon fireproof, and use electromagnetism to defy gravity. For the grand finale, our educator will demonstrate how science can make it safe to lie down on a real bed of nails.

Fee
$240. $100 for each additional presentation (max. 3 presentations per day). $15 for sites 31 – 40 miles from the Museum; $30 for sites 41 – 50 miles from the Museum; and so forth.

Facility Requirements
Indoors or outdoors. 1 Table; access to electricity; access to a sink for cleanup.
