Description

Are snakes actually slimy? Why do snapping turtles snap? And most importantly, what makes a reptile, a reptile? The best way to become acquainted with reptiles is to meet animals from the Museum's live animal center. Together we will answer these questions and many more while we learn about these incredible animals.

Fee
$240. $100 for additional same-day presentation. Travel Fees: $25 for sites 31-50 miles from us, $50 for 51-70 miles from us, and so on. "Reptiles" is limited to sites less than 100 miles from the Museum of Science.

Indoors or Outdoors, both with temperature conditions. Require 1 table, access to electricity

Comments
Younger children are welcome to attend with their families. We've also had some success doing content-adjusted "Reptiles" programs for groups of children ages 5-6. Please note that we do not permit the audience to touch the animals.
