Description
Discover which stars, planets, and other astronomical wonders are visible this evening. Using our portable planetarium, we will take you on a tour of the solar system and beyond and provide useful tips on how you can navigate the night sky from your own backyard.
Fee
$240. Base Fee is for 2 presentations. $50 for each additional presentation (max. 5 presentations per day). $15 for sites 31 – 40 miles from the Museum; $30 for sites 41 – 50 miles from the Museum; and so forth.

Indoors Only. Requires a large room with 25 feet x 25 feet x 11 feet of open space to set up the Starlab. Requires electricity.

*Younger children are welcome to attend with their families. We've also had some success doing content-adjusted "Night Sky" programs for groups of children ages 5-6. This program has some complications, like the room needs and the low capacity, but it is a truly eye-popping experience.
