This is a whimsical, but also a personal chat, using our musical instrument demonstration with a hands-on approach! Our mission is to inspire children to become musicians. We offer a description of the instrument and how it works, and a performance of a tune by each person/ sometimes duets, trios and full ensemble! An important part of our show is the time at the end of our presentation when the children get to come up and try out the instruments and ask a question or two. We supply a feed-back form for the teacher or librarian to fill out, and also request that the children draw a picture of their favorite instrument and write a few lines about what impressed them about our show; this form to be mailed back to us.
Your choice, depending on time restraints, is to choose between our whole group or just a partial selection of performers; you can have 12 musicians or 6, etc.
We have everything from flute to fiddle, bagpipes to slide-guitar, harp to saxophone, drums & vocals and more...

Schools can weave our program into their music math, or science studies, Libraries can help educate children in the world of music and it's mysteries. * We love to do large assemblies; although it is then harder to give the children a chance to try out the instruments.
