What to do if your favorite coat wears out? Take what’s left and make a jacket! For the summer 2024 reading program storyteller Alicia Quintano invites family audiences to meet the thrifty tailor in a participatory story with a surprising ending. Other highlights include Alicia’s Otter Song celebrating their world of rivers and Pierre, her koala puppet, who makes an appearance to show off his handmade quilt with fabric renewed (and sewn!) by Alicia.
