Description

When Susan was 57, she underwent neuropsychological testing and learned that she had ADHD. Suddenly, a lot of quirky techniques she had developed throughout her life to stay organized seemed more like ways to accommodate her ADHD. Whether you or your kids have ADHD or weaker Executive Functions (or you’re an adult looking to simplify home routines), learn ways to assist organization, time management, task initiation, goal persistence, and working memory by helping your home to support your goals, projects, and tasks.

Susan McCarthy of ALessClutteredLife.com is a professional organizer. After the stress of emptying her parents’ home, she took a closer look at her own possessions and began decluttering. That process of discovery encouraged her to begin helping others to clear the clutter from their homes.
