Description

Professional performers present a multicultural theatrical production full of nonstop action. American Sign Language, acrobatic tricks (including a grown woman squeezing through a tennis racket), physical comedy, slapstick, audience participation, imaginative props and a gigantic over-sized book.

Creepy, Crawly Critter Tales

Stories were chosen to fit the "Wild Reads at

Your Library" theme. Each story was represents a different culture. Presenting TWO of the following 20-25 minute folktales in each production:

  • Paul Bunyan and the Beesquitos: American Tall Tale
  • Follow the Buzz: from Japan (original music)
  • Anansi Goes Fishing: a trickster tale from Africa
  • The Coyote and the Eagle: a nature myth told by the Zuni Tribe (Native American)
