Professional performers present a multicultural theatrical production full of nonstop action. American Sign Language, acrobatic tricks (including a grown woman squeezing through a tennis racket), physical comedy, slapstick, audience participation, imaginative props and a gigantic over-sized book.
Creepy, Crawly Critter Tales
Stories were chosen to fit the "Wild Reads at
Your Library" theme. Each story was represents a different culture. Presenting TWO of the following 20-25 minute folktales in each production:
- Paul Bunyan and the Beesquitos: American Tall Tale
- Follow the Buzz: from Japan (original music)
- Anansi Goes Fishing: a trickster tale from Africa
- The Coyote and the Eagle: a nature myth told by the Zuni Tribe (Native American)
